Victor Deleu (May 25, 1876 – December 31, 1939) was a politician from Romania. He graduated from the Calvinist College in Zilah. During the WWI, Deleu was a member of the Romanian Volunteer Corps in Russia. He served as mayor of Cluj-Napoca (June 1932 - 18 November 1933).[1]
